With a degree in Dramatic Art Performance by The Chrysalis Theater Acting School, London, where she expanded her training in Performing Direction and in the pedagogical and therapeutic application of the Creative Word.

Right there, under the direction of Peter Bridgmont, she began her professional career in 1985 starring in titles such as El Interior of Maetterlinck, Antígona of Sophocles, Las preciosas ridículas of Moliere, El abanico de Lady Windermere of Oscar Wilde, La reina y los insurrectos of Hugo Betti, Arlequin de dos amos of Carlo Goldoni, or El jardín de tiza of Enid Bagnold.

In 1991 she continued her training at the Eurythmeum in Stuttgart, and is part of the cast of Cuentos de los bosques de Viena directed by Ödon von Horváth, at the Staatstheatre.

On her return to Spain she entered the Art School of Ángel Gutiérrez, and later, in 1995, in the First Promotion of professional actors of La Abadía, directed by Jose Luis Gómez.

In theater she had her first great success in Spain in 2001 with Los amores de Anatol directed by Luis d’Ors, at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid. And among her most important works include The Seventh Heaven by José Pascual, El Libertino by Joaquín Hinojosa, Don Juan Tenorio by Ángel Montesinos, in 2004, with which she obtained the Cibeles Prize for Theater and was selected for the Mayte Theater Awards. In 2006 La buena persona de Sezuan of Sezuan of Luis Blat and received the Mayte Theater Award. La importancia de llamarse Ernesto by Gabriel Olivares, Palacio del Fin of Marco Carniti, El balcón  of Angel Facio, Montenegro by Ernesto Caballero, Oscar o la felicidad de existir  of Juan Carlos Perez de la Fuente and, recently, Tom en la Granja by  Enio Mejía

In television she co-starred in 2005’s La doble historia del Doctor Valmy, a studio 1 directed by Alberto González Vergel for TVE. And is part of the main cast in the edge of the law of TVE, Guante Blanco for TVE, Tierra de Lobos for Telecinco, Gran Reserva. El origen for TVE and Bajo Sospecha for Antena 3.

Her last two film appearances were Linko, a futuristic post-war story, and  La decisión de Julia, in which Yolanda accompanies and assists a woman in her last hours of life.

Currently part of the cast of El Idiota by Gerardo Vera.
