At the age of ten he was an actor in the film La Mala Educación by Pedro Almodóvar. His first acting role was in Elisa K (film directed by Judith Colell and Jordi Cadena) and he had a small role in the film Los Niños Salvajes by Patricia Ferreira.

At 18 he moved to Madrid and combined a career in journalism with training at Estudio Corazza para el Actor.

In 2016 he starred in AMAR, Esteban Crespo’s debut, alongside María Pedraza. He was nominated for that character for Best Newcomer Actor at the 2018 Goya Awards and nominated for the Shooting Stars Award at the Berlinale the following year.

In 2018 he participated in the series Vivir sin permiso and Bajo la red. Shortly after he played the son of José Coronado and Ana Wagener in the film Tu Hijo, directed by Miguel Ángel Vivas. That same year he starred in the Netflix original film ¿A Quién Te Llevarías a Una Isla Desierta? alongside Jaime Lorente.

In 2022 he debuted at the National Theater of Catalonia with the play La Casa del Dolor by Victor Sánchez Rodríguez and premiered the series Alma, a supernatural thriller for Netflix, under the orders of Sergio G. Sánchez and Kike Maíllo. In mid-2023 the third season of the series Citas Barcelona premieres for Prime Video. Pol participates in the story of Meri and Oriol.
