In 2011, at just 21 years old, he got his first record deal thanks to the popularity of his videos singing acoustic on YouTube, today he is the best-selling artist in Spain. He accumulates 43 platinum records with six albums, becoming the only artist to simultaneously top three in the charts. Since his debut album he has obtained 23 nominations for Latin Grammy Awards and 3 nominations for Grammy Awards.

In 2016 he won the Goya Award for Best Song with Lucas Vidal for his song Palmeras en la nieve, soundtrack of the film with the same title.

In addition to music, his other great passion since childhood is acting, for which he has been training for some time in parallel to his work as a musician.
