1989, Córdoba, Argentina
From a young age, Justina studied classical dance and freedance. At the age of 6, during a family holiday in a hotel in Brazil, she played Olivia Newton John’s role in Grease in a children’s play. This left her enamoured with acting.
At 17, she leaves her family home in Unquillo, a quiet city 30km outside of Cordoba, Argentina, and heads for Buenos Aires to study History of Art. 3 years later she moves to New York with a friend for 2 months. There she works as a waitress and receptionist on the Lower East Side and during her stay there, she meets a group of Argentinian girls who are studying singing and theatre and they boost her love for performance.
She then goes back to Buenos Aires, where she leaves her faculty and signs-up at Augusto Fernandez’s school to begin her degree in acting. She later meets Mónica Bruni and trains with her for 5 years.
Her first claim to fame is in her role as Monica Sorvick, Chino Daríns girlfriend in the series Historia de un clan.
