At the age of six, Cinta begins her studies in Classical Dance. Her interest in Performing Arts encourages her to get trained in dance and theatre very young, receiving classes at the Conservatoires of Lisbon and Seville with big names like Yoshida Norio among others.

At the age of 18 Cinta moves to Málaga, where she graduates specialising in Musical Performance. After finishing her studies she begins her first professional project working on the musical Chicago in the role of Hunyak. She begins in the Teatro Cervantes in Málaga and then goes on tour with this same musical.

In 2017 she decides to direct her path towards the audiovisual. She moves to Madrid and trains at the Central, studying a Masters in Performance in front of the Camera.

From then on, her training is continuous, in theatre as well as in audiovisual performance. She takes courses given by Carmen Utrilla and Alberto Velasco, and has also does a workshop entitled ‘A Chorus Line’ with Baayork Lee and Luis Villabon.

In 2018 she debuts in cinema under the direction of Alvaro Díaz Lorenzo with the film Los Japón, alongside Dani Rovira and María León, in which she plays Paki, their teenage daughter. In 2019, she participates in her first series, Toy Boy, for Atresmedia. Cinta plays the role of Lucía, the sister of the protagonist, who does everything possible to lead a life away from violence, drugs, and the nightlife. In 2021, her episodes are released in the fourth season of Estoy Vivo, the successful fantasy series on Prime Video, and Deudas, a comedy that revolves around the confrontation between two families created and directed by Daniel Écija. Shortly after, she takes part in the series Conversaciones, a web series of short episodes written and directed by Tomás Ratón. In 2022, Cinta joins the cast of the second season of the suspense series Desaparecidos as the character Oriana, and co-stars in the short film Plastic Touch alongside Alexandra Pino. In 2024 she participates in El Marqués for Telecinco. Her last television project is the series Perdiendo el juicio for Atresplayer.
