From a young age Cala participates in school plays and concerts. She has a private teacher for many years who becomes her link to the theatrical world.
After finishing her mandatory schooling she signs-up to the National Arts University, ex IUNA.
During her degree she has teachers such as Javier Lorenzo, Silvina Sabater and Guillermo Cacace. She also participates in plays on the independent theatre stage of Buenos Aires. She performs in pieces from Martha Stutz by Javier Daulte to A Midsummer Night’s Dream by Shakespear, directed by James Murray.
In her last year of university she signs up to a programme by Telefe (an Argentinian TV station) called CAST, Artistic Centre of Talent Selection, where students audition and then begin training in groups.
Her first triumph and claim to fame was with the series Amar después de amar Telefe’s where she plays Cynthia in 2016.
In 2017 she takes part in Campanas en la noche, also by Telefe, and in 2018 she joins the cast of Netflix’s series Millenials and stars in Sangre Azul, a short film which goes to the Sitges Festival in 2019.
